Terms and Conditions

Twenty percent of the total cost of your tour should be paid when booking and the balance must be paid six weeks before the start of the tour. This allows us to guarantee your accomodation and inform you of exactly where you will be staying and provide you with directions.

All clients are reminded that they must have appropriate travel insurance and adequate Breakdown and Recovery Insurance. Whilst we will endeavour to deal with minor breakdowns we can only provide support from point of breakdown back to your accomodation.

You should also arrange insurance against cancellation of your Tour as the deposit is non - refundable.

All clients are also reminded that Motorcycles are parked, at your accommodation, entirely at your own risk. Neither Scottish Motorcycle Tours or your Hotel will accept any responsibility for any damage or theft while parked on the premises.
